Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-18
These terms are an agreement between you and Skynapse Business Technology Pte. Ltd. for using Family Voice Reminder. By signing in you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
The service
Family Voice Reminder reads your family Google Calendar and speaks reminders on tablets you connect. It is a helpful extra, not a safety system: reminders can be late or missed (for example when the internet, Google or our servers are down, a tablet is muted or asleep, or during quiet hours). Don't rely on it for medication, medical care or anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
Your account
- You must be an adult and able to agree to these terms.
- You must have the right to connect the Google account you use, and the consent of the family members you add.
- Keep tablet connect links private: anyone who opens one can see your family's reminders.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for your own household's reminders. Don't try to access other families' data, overload or disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.
Pilot and changes
The service may be offered as a free pilot. We may change, suspend or end it, or these terms, at any time. We'll update the date above, and tell account holders by email about important changes.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. Inactive accounts are deleted as the privacy policy explains.
No warranty; limits of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by missed or late reminders.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
